This advanced training builds on foundational cost allocation concepts and is designed for participants ready to move beyond basic principles into application and analysis. It focuses on how cost allocation directly impacts grant management, budgeting, and compliance, including PACAP requirements, allocation methodologies, and revenue implications. Through scenario-based exercises, participants will strengthen their ability to apply cost allocation across the full grants lifecycle, with emphasis on internal controls, audit readiness, and risk mitigation. Up to 18 CPE hours available for this training.
